1. Accepting These Terms
This document and the other documents that we reference below Categories our rules, or what we officially call our Terms of Use (the “Terms” for short).

5. User Registration
You may be required to register with the Site. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

To use certain portions of the Site, you are not required to sign up for an Account. However, certain features of the Site, such as accessing your order history, require you to register for an Account. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep your Account information updated.
6. Products
We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products available on The Window Shopping Hamare Saath. However, we do not guarantee that the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors, and your electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual colors and details of the products. All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. 7. Purchase and Payment

We do not assume liability for any review or for any claims, liabilities, or losses resulting from any review. By posting a review, you hereby grant to us a perpetual, non­exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, fully-paid, assignable, and sublicensable right and license to reproduce, modify, translate, transmit by any means, display, perform, and/or distribute al content relating to reviews.
9. Copyright Infringements
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any material available on or through the Site infringes upon any copyright you own or control, please immediately notify us using the contact information provided below (a ‘Notification*). A copy of your Notification will be sent to the person who posted or stored the material addressed in the Notification. Please be advised that pursuant to federal law you may be held liable for damages if you make material misrepresentations in a Notification. Thus, if you are not sure that material located on or linked to by the Site infringes your copyright, you should consider first contacting an attorney.
10. Term and Termination
If we terminate or suspend your account for any reason, you are prohibited from registering and creating a new account under your name, a fake or borrowed name, or the name of any third party, even if you may be acting on behalf of the third party. In addition to terminating or suspending your account, we reserve the right to take appropriate legal action, including without limitation pursuing civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.
11. Dispute Resolution
Informal Negotiations To expedite resolution and control the cost of any dispute, controversy, or claim related to these Terms of Use (each a “Dispute” and collectively, the “Disputes”) brought by either you or us (individually, a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties*), the Parties agree to first attempt to negotiate any Dispute (except those Disputes expressly provided below) informally for at least sixty (60) days before initiating arbitration. Such informal negotiations commence upon written notice from one Party to the other Party.
12. User Data
We will maintain certain data that you transmit to the Site for the purpose of managing the performance of the Site, as well as data relating to your use of the Site. Although we perform regular routine backups of data, you are solely responsible for all data that you transmit or that relates to any activity you have undertaken using the Site. You agree that we shall have no liability to you for any loss or corruption of any such data, and you hereby waive any right of action against us arising from any such loss or corruption of such data.
Shipping & returns

  1. We offer FREE Standard Shipping in all the India. merchandise orders Rs499 and over (including taxes). Orders received before midnight PST Monday-Friday will normally be processed the same day. Orders received after midnight PST Monday-Friday will be processed on the following day. Orders received over the weekend and on major holidays will be processed the following business day.
  2. Orders received on Friday by midnight, selecting Priority/Overnight delivery will be delivered on Monday, barring unforeseen carrier delays.
  3. Once your order shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link for the latest shipping status.

Holidays
All orders are processed and shipped on Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day.
Time Frame
Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been confirmed. You will receive an e-mail with a shipment detail and tracking number.

Shipping Carrier(s)
All domestic order(s) will ship by using The Window Shopping shipping partnerDepending on the weight of an item(s), you can select either Priority Mail or UPS Ground for your order.Overnight or 1-day Express mail is also available. 
If you placed an order and received the free shipping in the first place, and you no longer qualify for the free shipping for the second time shipment. You, the buyer, are responsible for paying the original cost of shipping and the return shipping cost.

General Returns/Replacement  Policy
Applicable products are returnable within the applicable return window if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, is defective, or is different from their description on the product detail page on The Window Shopping.com. You can also return the product within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. Please keep the item in its original condition, with an outer box or case, and user manual, in the unlikely event of the damaged, defective or different item being delivered to you. Please keep the item in its original condition, with the brand outer box, MRP tags attached, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up.
We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product before issuing a refund/replacement.

  1. Beauty-Non Returnable
    This item is non-returnable due to the hygiene and personal care nature of the product.
    However, in the unlikely event of a damaged, defective, or different item being delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or free replacement as applicable.
    We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product before issuing a refund/replacement. We reserve the right to pick up the product to ascertain the damage or defect in the product before issuing a refund/replacement.
